| site_overview | 標高14～15m、高見町一帯は古墳群形成地帯であり、また桜井式（弥生）から古式土師まで出土する広範な複合遺跡で、国指定桜井古墳はこの台地の北側中央に位置している。
本土器は耕地整理の際、出土したもので史跡、桜井古墳の南西約300mのところである。 |

| current_condition | 口縁部は漏斗状に大きくひらき、口唇部4か所に2本1組の棒状貼付文がつけられている。頚部には断面三角形の隆起帯を巡らし、それから上は櫛描文が縦走し、口唇内外には櫛歯の圧痕による疑縄文が巡らされている。球形の胴は刷毛目整形痕を僅かに残して全面磨研され光沢出しが行われている。
色調明るく赤褐色、焼成極めて堅く稀有の優遇である。 |
