| site_overview | 向野地区の南から北東方に走る谷水田の両岸低台地に位置する。A、B、C3地点に分かれ、A地点から埴輪窯址9基のほか、多数の粘土、採掘坑、工房址、住居址がB、C地点からも各2基の窯址と工房址、集積場などがみとめられた。窯址は大半が半地下式ののぼり窯形式に属し、工房址などから原料粘土、日常容器（土師器）などが多量に出土している。 |

| current_condition | 出土した土師器は広い意味の鬼高式土器である。総数約100個体近く発見された。また人物埴輪、動物埴輪、円筒埴輪なども多量に出土している。住居址および工房址からは鍬先と刀子など鉄製農工具も発見された。遺構はすべて保存のため埋戻しされている。 |
