| site_overview | 久慈川に臨む台地上にあり、中期弥生式土器と複合して十王台式土器、土師、須恵器等の散布がみられる。遺跡付近の地形は久慈川の侵蝕いよって複雑に谷が発達している。海後付近の地形についてみると、本遺跡は久慈川の侵蝕いよって細長くのびる舌状台地の上にのっており、その規模は確かではないが、それほど大きくないものと思われ、出土資料いついても、ほとんど集中的に発見されている。いずれも、これらの資料は地重の海老沢光氏が牛蒡堀の際発掘したものである。 |
