| site_overview | 武蔵野台地の南西線をきざむ野川は、その中流域で小さな蛇行を繰り返している。武蔵野公園遺跡はそうした野川の蛇行の曲がり部に突出した舌状台地の先端に位置し、昭和46年8月1日より9月20日まで発掘調査された。その結果、多数の縄文時代後期の土壙群と住居址が発見された。 |
