広幅、やや薄手の「短冊型」にちかい打製石器であるが、先端は「丸刃型」で、表～裏の双面とも全く稜線のみられない多面剥離によって中高に整形され、縦の断面は紡綞状を呈し、周緣は鋭利な刃がつけられている。硬質𣏾の瑪瑙を用𣏾とした鋭刃の附加は、多分に縦形の石匕的な用途が推考される大形の石器である。 |
