| site_overview | 二王子山麓に源を発する板山皮右岸の緩傾斜地に中の遺跡が所在し、板山部落の北西約300mの水田地帯、標高60mの位置に立地している。
昭和42年、市道造成工事で遺物が発見され、昭和42年5月及び同年11月の2階にわたって発掘調査が実施された。
出土遺物は縄文後期末～晩期大胴B式に近似する資料を大量に出土し、張瘤を有する後期末の土器群が主体をなしている。 |

| current_condition | 茶褐色の色調を呈し、成形手法は2段のダルマ形で焼成堅緻である。口唇と底部及び注口部を欠失しているが、大形の注口土器である。注口部はピッチで接着したあとをのこしている。
上下ともに欠失しており、体部で破片のない部分については補修してある。 |
