楕円形の彫刻刀で、かなり大形の石刃の先端を断ち切って、作出した石器である。背面（表）は垂直剥離による二本の稜線がとおり、また主要剥離面（裏）は、基部が膨隆したバルブをもち、ゆるい起伏をなしている褐色のシャール・スタイン製。さらに楕円形をなす先端の左肩から強い一撃の割取がなされて、尖鋭な突角部がつくられ、さらに対向した右肩にむけて三條の樋状フルーテングが行われて彫刻刀の鋭い刃部が構造されている。 |
