| site_overview | 庵原川西岸の平野部に独立した小丘陵の南傾斜面の裾部に所在する。この小独立丘には2基の古式古墳を含む4基の古墳が存在するが、当古墳は乱石積の横穴式石室（全長10.5m、最大巾1.9m、玄室・羨道の区別あり）を内部主体とする後期古墳であるが、副葬品の内容が優れ、当地域では一般の群集墳とはやや性格を異とする後期の有力な古墳である。 |
