| site_overview | 掛川市西方2km、小笠山丘陵地帯の西北端に位置し、洪積世のやせた丘陵の中腹に存在した横穴墳である。奥行6.1～6.4m、最大巾4.36m、高さ2.6mの玄室の中央に長さ4.5m、巾3mの巨大な造り出し石棺があった。羨道部は巾1.05m、高さ1.9m、長さ1.2～1.3m、その先に長い墓道がつく。工事中発見のため、出土状態は不明のものが多い。工事により破壊された。

| current_condition | 玄室内左側袖部より出土した。銜は3連式で、鉄棒の両端を細めて、相互連結した後、軸に巻きつける。鏡板はかなり破損しているが、扁円形の下端をわずかに突出させて、十文字浮出しとし、中央に方形窓を作って銜を貫ぬく。鉄板に金銅板を鋲止めにしている。引手は鏡板の外側で銜と連結し、2条線に作るが壷部分を欠う。 |
