| site_overview | 三方原台地の東縁で、市内半田町から浜松城付近までのおよそ7kmの範囲内に約200基の古墳が群集しており、三方原古墳支群と名付けられている。本墳は三方原古墳支群の主座を占るもので、基底径49m、高さ7.2mの規模を有し、北西部に方形壇上の造り出しを付設する円墳である。主体部は2つあり、第2主体からは短甲をはじめとする112点の遺物群が検出された。造り出し部からは石製斧頭をはじめとする141点の遺物が検出された。 |
