| site_overview | 遺跡は伊勢湾岸の西方2キロ、上箕田南方の水田（標高5m未満）中にある。昭和35年農夫が田の床下げ中に多数の土器が掘り出されたので、同年と43年の2回にわたり調査された。弥生前～後期にかけての土器の分布密度ははなはなだ濃く、炭化米の他植物質の遺物も多く、貯蔵穴、溝状遺構もある。広さは400m四方に及ぶこの地方最大の弥生遺跡である。 |
