| site_overview | 池田市宮之前町、住吉町、石橋町などにわたって存在する宮之前遺跡については、すでに昭和初年からその存在が知られて来たが、本格的な調査は行なわれたことはなかった。昭和43年、日本道路公団による中国縦貫道、大阪府による中央環状線の建設が計画され、事前の発掘調査が実施された。調査の結果、総数10基の弥生時代中期の住居跡、20基の方形周溝墓100基に及ぶ土壙墓や古墳時代の住居跡、奈良時代の建物跡等が検出された。 |
