| site_overview | 瓜生堂遺跡は東大阪市若江西新町、瓜生堂一帯の旧大和川によって形成された河内平野の低地部に所在し、弥生時代前期～奈良平安時代にわたる遺跡である。遺跡の範囲は東西450m、南北800mに及ぶ大規模なものである。住居跡、溝、墓地等多くの遺構が発見されており、内でも方形周溝墓は1mを越える盛土を完存するもので、本来の姿を知る上で重要なものである。遺物には土器、木器、石器、骨角器等多くのものが発見されている。 |
