四列三段の十二体を一連に製作されたもので4個の釘穴がみられる。複弁の蓮座にのり、右足上に跌座し、定印をむすぶ如来像を半肉にあらわしたもの。光背は火焰二重円光で天蓋には唐草をかざる。焼成はかたく、赤褐色。
