| site_overview | 塞ノ谷は湖山池の南岸、正面に青島（縄文～弥生遺跡）を望む微高地に位置する。昭和47年3月より4月にかけて調査を実施し、その結果木製品を多量に出土し古墳時代の遺跡であることが確認された。遺跡は粘土層上に堆積し遺物が層位的に検出された。当初遺物の検出状況から木器などの廃棄場所と考えられたが、遺物の出土状態及び遺物の性格上、祭祀遺跡であると想定される。 |
