| site_overview | 安来平野の西部にあたる標高60mあまりの丘陵上にある造山古墳群の中の1基で県指定。墳丘は自然の山丘を利用した東西約58m南北約44mの方形墳で墳頂部には23×16mの平坦部がある。埴輪は認められないが墳丘の斜面には石垣状の列石があり、南側の列石最下段から測ると高さは約8mとなる。主体部は墳丘のほぼ中央に設けられた長さ約4.8m高さ、幅とも1mの細長い堅穴式石室で床面は断面がU字形にくぼむ礫床である。 |
