| Form / Shape | 旧南部領内の奥州街道のうち、明暦4年（7月23日、万治と改元）に一部の路線が変更になった際の一里塚である。
この間の戦時中、防空壕をつくる際、一部堆土をもち去られているが、一辺ほぼ5間（約9m）の方形底面をもち、高さが約3mあり、ほぼ原形をしのぶことができる。
