最上紅花餅（銭餅）のつくり方、乾し方を示したものである。乳呑子に乳を与えながらの乾仕事は、農家（富農）の庭先仕事でよくその趣きが見えている。縁側では、この家の主人（あるじ）が上作、好天で乾きも良いので、御気嫌で、前祝の盃をかたむけながら、女共の庭先仕事に才配を振っている。 |
