| Form / Shape | 本小札製、黒塗、素懸勝色糸威、立挙（たてあげ）二段、衡（かぶき）胴四段、金具廻赤銅覆輪、黒韋張、小桜鋲を打つ。立挙第一段入八双金物三個、唐草透彫に沢瀉紋金具一個を打つ。
草摺十間五下り、素懸勝色糸威、畦目勝色糸菱縫紅糸二通。
兜鉢は黒塗四十二間一行十五点星兜、祓立付𩊱は黒塗切付札板三枚𩊱、二枚吹返、小縁無地韋、伏組五色、革地正平韋包、畦目啄木糸、菱縫紫糸二通。 佩楯伊予札五段下り。 |
