| Form / Shape | 土豪地侍の神領略取に反し、寄進状もある。即ち、代々の領主の尊崇を得たことは確からしく、領主土豪の年頭の祝詞等を寄せた跡が見られ、年代不詳、戦国時代の書状数点が保存され、参考になる。就中、慶長十七年六月四日日付最上義光の神領寄進の黒印状は明証の一つである。
「各社領合而四拾九石弐斗五升弐合之所、但半物成寄進候
永算萬安可奉所祈 当家之延長者也 仍如件
慶長十七年六月四日 出羽少将 （花押）
河北 一條八幡大夫殿」
