元禄7（1694）7月6日、福島藩主堀田正仲が没し、同年8月1日弟正虎が家督相続した。この絵馬は、元禄8年（1695）12月に総鎮守稲荷神社に奉納された絵馬である。図柄は、御能之図である。
堀田氏奉納絵馬は、羽黒権現にも奉納されたが寛永3年焼亡した。とくに堀田正仲は御能之図の絵馬を奉納したと伝えられている。 |
