この絵馬は河沼郡会津坂下町大字川西字上宇内の薬師堂に蔵されるものの内の1枚である。昭和30年川西村が会津坂下町に合併し、薬師堂の本尊薬師如来像（国重文）や絵馬は会津坂下町教育委員会で保護している |
