| Form / Shape | 頂部の先端は尖り、かつ頂部に４ヶのクビレあり、五孤三重鶏頭式、側縁は２ヶのクビレがあって三孤をなす。
肩の湾曲はややゆるやかで大きく縁はカマボコ縁である。
この版は相当使用したらしく撞座の模様もほとんど判らない。吊手孔は１ヶ、円形、周縁の隆起も小規模である。なお版が平坦でなく一部反っているため 右肩は折れている（写真第２図参照） |
