| Form / Shape | 賴山陽の日本外史を川越藩学の博喩堂で開板したもので、俗に川越版日本外史と呼ばれ、外史普及に大きな寄与をしたものである。校訂者は川越藩の儒者保岡元吉（嶺南）で、初刻は弘化元年、再刻は明治元年、三刻は明治六年で、ここまでが博喩堂版である。四刻以下十四刻までつづいたが、これらは松平外史方の名で出版されていた。また初刻だけが22巻22冊本で他は22巻12冊本になっている。この標題紙の部分には「頼襄子成著、校刻日本外史、松平氏蔵版」と刻まれている。 |
