元康は徳川家康の初名。弘治二年六月六日、元康が松井左近（康親）宛に差出した起請文で、熊野牛王の誓紙を開いている。同年二月二十日 奥平監物等の反乱によって、松平康親の名代として松平右京亮義春は松井左近を伴い、日近城を攻めたが、戦いは味方に不利で義春は死んだ。よって義春の遺子亀千卋の後事を松井忠次に託したとき、元康（花押）から与えた誓紙である。 |
