川越藩の最後の藩主松平周防守家の祖松井康親が徳川家康から拝領した槍で、穂先が卍形になっているのでこの名を得た。「下坂作」の銘があるが、慶長年間の康継のことで、初代だけが下坂を名乗り、葵の紋を許されてから康継と称した。柄は青貝づくりで長さ二間、なおこの槍は江戸町代からかなり著名なもので松浦静山の「甲子夜話」にも記事がある。 |
