表口十間、裏行二十七間の屋敷と川岸場を含めて十両に売渡した証文である。売主新河岸半兵衛から岩淵村治左ヱ門に宛てたもので、日付は寛文十三年二月十九日となっている。この治左ヱ門が遠藤家の祖先で、新河岸で舟問屋を営み、炭屋と称した。すなわち寛文十三年にすでに新河岸の川岸場のあったことがわかる貴重な文書である。 |
