| Form / Shape | 菩薩形、垂髪を結い天冠台をつけ、条綿、腰裳をまとい胸前で合掌し左足前に結跏趹坐する。両腕には腕釧臂釧をつける。
（構造）頭体幹部を一材から彫出、背面と像底より門刳を施し、背板（桐材）をつける。両肩先別木、膝前横木一材矧寄せ、両手肘から先は後補か、光背、台座は江戸期のもの |
