| Form / Shape | 能登天領は、加賀藩領内(特に能登)に盆の上にゴマを撒いたような分散配置や入会の混在、しかも分与・収公のくり返しがあり、藩の御領所となってからも支配の方式は目まぐるしく変った。そのためもあって周辺の村々との間の疎外と差別、天領気質とともに、土地争い、山論・水論など種々紛争の種であった。
