| Form / Shape | 明治二十年六月、石川県は児童生徒の就学率を高めるために、全就学を特別、八割以上を一等、七割以上を二等、六割以上を三等とし、各旗を掲げせしめる事にし、特別旗と一等旗とは県でこれを授与した。本品は特別旗で、赤地に白字で「皆就学」とある。なお、これは六ヶ月ごとに調査して等位を変じた。 |
