| Form / Shape | 10.0cm×7.0cmの角材を縦74.0 横61.5cmの井桁に組んだ台上に、ほぼ5角形縁付きのやや傾斜した集液盤をのせ、縦框のほぼ中央側面に立てた高さ96.0cm（10.0cm×6.0cm）
の柱上に取はづし自由な 長さ79.0cm（10.0cm×10.0cm）の横材をおき、その両端に回転する鉄鋇でかため、横材に手をかけ、体をささえつつ或は挺子を応用して集液板上に置かれた円筒形で側壁スノコの木製桶に入れた破砕果をいれた蓋の上から圧搾して果汁を集める。 |
