| Form / Shape | 板額 縁黒塗、鏡板黒塗に金箔押、但し徳本堂（草書体）の文字は篭彫で黒塗、２題の款印は朱塗。徳本堂の題字の原本筆者は、右大臣一条忠良で医学院法印惟和の寛政丁巳初秋の添状と徳岡主殿小野久風の寛政九年丁巳仲秋の添状があり、２通の添状を1幅の掛幅装とする。軸巻表に「徳本堂御下賜御沙汰書」と墨書する。 |
