文中に年号の記載がないが、卯7月とあるから、慶応3年のものと推定される。卯7月に西蝦夷地クトウ御場所、アツタ御場所の請負人一同から、北蝦夷地御掛り中宛願書。
7月10日組頭髙木与惣左エ門から津軽越中守角森居宛文書。
ヨイチ御場所請負人竹屋長左エ門、ヲシヨロ、タカシマ御場所請負人住吉屋准兵衛からトンナイ御用所宛届書。
