| Form / Shape | 「徳政札面条々」と題して13ヶ条徳政についての定めを記し、末尾に「使中島八郎右エ門尉」とある。中島八郎右エ門は、浅井氏の家臣で、徳政の趣旨を伝えたいものである。天文22年の頃は浅井氏がこの地方を領していたもので、その領内に徳政を行うた資料としては、今では、この菅浦文書に見るのである。
浅井氏の初代亮政は、天文11年正月に歿したから、この徳政の行われた天文22年は２代目久政の時のことであって、月日の記入のないのは、写しもらしたもので、11月頃であろうといわれている。 |
