| Form / Shape | 高1尺1寸6分、弘8寸、櫃高2寸7分、葛で編み赤漆を塗り鹿角で緒穴座を造り、矢搦緒１條、腰緒2條を紫革を用いる。啄木蛇腹組丸緒1條に金銅志倍金水晶露を付ける。矢30隻を盛り鷲羽を矧ぎ箆には白樺を巻き朽木形を畵く。釿形鏃を付け、内2隻は金銅鏑雁服鏃を付け、表青地錦 裏白絹の〓立を添える。
