| Form / Shape | 掛幅装 もと折紙であったものを折目から切って掛幅装としたものである。源左衛門宛の下知状のようであるが、武将に似あわず仮名交り文で、或は氏郷の自筆ではなかろうかと想像される。
文中に二本松などとあるから、天正18年小田宗の戦後、奥州地方を領するようになってからの文書ではないかと思われる。
