| Form / Shape | 鞘長さ7.5cm、外径0.5cm、 この中に先端が三角の針があり、三角針のもとの方、球形のところを強く突くと、針の先端が鞘から出るが、球形のために針はとまって深くつき刺さらないようになっている。血判をする時、この三菱鍼を使って血を出し、その血を指頭につけて血判をしたものであるという。
