当文書は無年であるが、その日付が慶長2年3月7日の五奉行連署の掟書と同じであり、また文書の内容が掟書に関連したものであるから、両者同時に送られたものである。
（本文）辻切摺盗賊人之儀付而被仰出一通進之候、然者御家中侍五人下人拾人組々連判急度被仰付可被上候旨候、彼盗賊人之儀申上候訢人ニ被下候金子主人可被出候旨髙札被立置候条無御由断可被仰付候恐々
