当麻曼茶羅の模写で、その構図は内陣と外陣の二つからなり、外陣の左下より上へ韋提希夫人の物語、右上より下ヘイムの姿や功徳を知るための十三の方法、下に九品往生（極楽浄土におもむくための九つの段階）中央内陣に阿弥陀如来を中心とする極楽浄土の様子、などが華やかに描かれている。 |
