| Form / Shape | 教信上人の頭部のみを安置する。頭部が左右に割れたため、内部にある墨書銘が発見され康正2年（1456）快盛大徳が願主となって修補されたことがわかった。彩色は後補であるため、見苦しくなってはいるが、五眼をいれた顔貌はなまなましいまでの実感をもっている。おそらく鎌倉時代末期頃に製作されたものであろうか。 |
