| Form / Shape | 刺繍は相対唐獅子の大丸紋（径30.0ｃｍ）を、身衣、袖の中央縦1列に配し、左右対称である。白、藍、淡茶、萠黄の絹彩系で、地色、縁どりを調える。前身衣は白、左袖は藍、右袖は萠黄を主体（地色）とし、背身衣は上から白、白、萠黄、白の順、左袖は萠黄、右袖は白が主体で総計10紋を数える。
