| Form / Shape | 現状は素地、内刳はていねいで両腕を失う。左肩に孔状欠損があり、裾前に大穴がある。
中国式老頭型冑をつけるが、全体的に朽損が著しく、体幹に木節5個がある。
体勢から持国天、広目天を推定。
