向って右側下方に検偵司の円形の黒印（径2.7ｃｍ）がある。
山口博物館の覚書
・維新資料編纂官薄井福治氏（昭14.3.来館）の鑑定によれば偽作品とのこと。
・廣津藤吉氏によれば福岡市西公園付近にて此文書が偽作せられたことを知っているとのこと。
・某氏によれば大分別府方面で金５円で売買せられていたことを知っているとのこと。
