| Form / Shape | 明治初年 発掘されたものという人と某家（城島家）の庭園に置かれていたものという。旗竿石というのは、この上に旗が立てられていたとい云ひ伝えによったものであるが、確実なことは不詳であるが、VOCのマークと1696（年）の年号が記載されているので、オランダ屋敷の中で何か使用されていたものにはちがいない。
但しVOCのマークがVCOと刻されているのは普遍の型とは異っている。
