| current_condition | 鞍の両側に垂れて足をうける具である。殆んど鉄製で、輪の形をしているものが多いが、極く稀に縁として足の甲なりに作ったものがある。前者を輪鐙、後者を壺鐙という。上方は平い棒状に作り、頂に方形の孔をあけてある。この様な所をすべて鉸具頭という。鞍の居木から鐙を吊る革帯―鐙靼（みつお）―を通す孔である。輪の下方内側の沓底にあたる所には凹凸をいくつもつけて、沓が鐙から滑らないようにしたものもある。 |
