| site_overview | 中山南遺跡は、射水平野を目前に望む太閤山丘陵最先端の台上にある。新産都市計画による宅地化に対処するため、昭和38年から43年にかけて6次にわたって発掘調査が行われた。古墳時代初期の9個の住居址、3個のピット、滑状遺構が検出されていて、北陸のこの期の代表的遺跡である。現在公有地として保存されている。 |

| current_condition | 中山南（月影）式の、複合口縁をもつ、小型甕である。色調は黒褐色に褐色、淡褐色をまじえ、焼成は案外よい。口縁から胴中部に至る、縦のひびが1条ある。不安定で立たない。補助が必要である。 |
