| site_overview | 伊豆雄山の東南端、相模湾に臨む標高180mの山腹に位置し、神社本殿直後の裏山にあたる。関東大震災で裏山が崩壊し昭和2年の復旧工事中、偶然に発見された。発見当時の状況は明らかでないが、出土遺物も多く、復合経塚でかつ経塚群が存在した可能性が大きい。築造年代は紀年銘のある和鏡、経筒等から平安末期と思われるが、一部には鎌倉期の築造の経塚も推定されている。 |

| current_condition | 鋳銅製、筒身は円筒形で底がやや外側にふくらみ出ている。側面に磨きをかけた細かなたて線が認められ光沢もあり、保存が良い。器肉の厚さは部分的に異なる。蓋は傘形で円中心に鈕が存在するが破損していて形は明らかでない。鈕のまわりに2本、口縁附近に1本の隆線がめぐっている。当経塚出土の筒の中では逸品。 |
