| site_overview | 標高6mの西摂平野のほぼ中央にあり、東流する猪名川左岸に接している。昭和40～41年にかけての発掘によって、遺跡は弥生時代のほぼ全期間にわたる集落址であり、東西110m南北120m以上の規模をもつことが確認された。三軒の住居址と数千に及ぶ小穴が検出され、集落内からは弥生時代中期の壷棺、甕棺をはじめ、後期以降と推定される土壙墓、木棺墓も検出された。 |

棺内には、胎児あるいは乳児骨が残されていた。
壷は明るい肌色を呈し、櫛描き直線文と波紋文によって飾られている。
小破片に破損したものを接合、石膏による補修がしてあるため、移動には注意する必要がある。
