| Form / Shape | 単制六面幢、笠、宝珠は後補、塔身のみ本来のもの、十日町市神として祀られている。
もと松山町にあり、市神であった。陽刻の地蔵像さえ1/3を残す程上部欠損、上部並びに笠、宝珠は上山大火の折に欠損したという。
「永享三 辛亥 季 （以下不明）敬白」（縦書）の銘が見える。桃山時代の繁栄の地、集落街の移転を知る好資料である。 |
