| Form / Shape | 桧材、寄木内ぐりの坐像で全身に漆箔をおいた銅像としてよくまとまった像である。螺髪は切付螺髪で目は彫眼、衲衣は偏祖右肩、手は定印を結び、足は結跏跌坐して両足裏を上にして裾から両足先を出している。膝の高さはきわめて低く、全体的にも鎌倉時代の様式的特徴を示している。そして胎内の銘文によって、この像は正応4年（1291年）8月に願主一楽口士延専によって大森郷明王堂にまつられ、作者は相模法橋快全と伯耆円全の二人であったことがわかる。作者は恐らく快慶の流れをくむ者たちであろうとされている。美術的価値さらに史料的価値からも注目すべき作品である。 |
